havent been into the superbowl since i was a kid, and im missing most of it at work.

No alcohol
Shredded pork tacos, with pickled red onion, crema, pico, crumbling cheese
Queso dips
Nachos made with some leftover chili
Still no alcohol

Nothing fancy but everything is pretty much homemade (except the cheese for the dips and tacos) - even the tortillas. I make a killer mojo shredded pork that I'm using for the tacos. The chili is really good too - just ground meat and spices simmered forever - I don't like to add beans, tomatoes, bell peppers and other ingredients that make it more like a stew.

Don't really care about the teams. Just hoping for a good game. Since I'm generally an AFC fan I'm probably going to end up cheering for Baltimore.
