Is anyone else excited for the Traynor YBA reissue?

Post by Nateispro »

was just looking through some namm stuff and stumbled upon a new traynor yba-1 head and matching cab. They reissued it for the 50th anniversary! I'm really wanting to try one out, and hopefully it comes in at a really affordable price!

I have a original. It's mega fucking loud. It mega fucking rocks.

I'd say it's halfway between a Plexi and a Hiwatt. Takes pedals like a raped ape. Just gobbles them up.

I'm interested to hear what the reissues sound like. Probably killer.

I've wanted to try one but no one around or near me has one... They seem like they'd be killer for fuzz pedals

Yeah, my '68 is a filthy Rock machine. I definitely wish it had a built in attenuator.

It's crushing loud. Hit a wrong note and you're going to hurt someone.

So i've read that the street price is supposed to be about 650 for the head.. and supposedly it's only a limited edition release =(( only a 100 or so. I hope that isn't right because i'd love to get my hands on one!!!
