Good call on the Pandora station!
I also can't believe I typed juzz instead of jazz (or even jizz). I am not editing that.

I'm gonna be a snob and say that none of this is really jazz though... still good stuff nonetheless.

Grab your woman, light a few candles, give her one slow dance... and then put it in her.

A wonderful take, thanks. Last year I was bouncing through TV channels and saw "Arts TV" showing an OLD black & white film of Errol Garner with a 4 or 5 piece band. At first I thought he sounded like Oscar Peterson (same mumbling, even !). But he was really amazing as a player, and nice to 'discover'.
Our high school band sold out our fairly large auditorium hosting Maynard Ferguson three years running. Our brass players were all slobbering fans of his. Maynard thought it was a trip, and he played great shows for us. One of the treats was seeing a very young Peter Erskine on drums with him - he blew our young minds.

Excellent! This is the kind of stuff I could listen to all day. One of the reasons I like movies from the 1960s is because of the jazz-influenced soundtracks. Jazz and cinema were a great mix.
