Hello, looking to buy an amp head.
I am going to be guying an amp towards then end of the year and I have a definite sound I am going for. To me, the tone that Filter gets on their "Amalgamut" record is perfect, in particular the tone at the end of the song "It can never be the same". That song ends with the guitars just sustaining, I know it is multitracked and processed. If some one can check it out and make suggestions here, cool, if not i'll post on the main boards and keep the ole fingers crossed.

Geno Lenardo used rosewood Contemporary strats with either an Invader or Parallel Axis Trembucker in the bridge into a JMP-1 and a TSL 100 for most of Amalgamut.
