The story I read about those damn things is they are taking out honey bees by forcing the colony to fight them until they are worn completely out, then they just take over the whole colony and destroy whatever's left alive. So not only are they able to kill humans, they're even taking out entire populations of beneficial insects.

Foreign species don't have any defense against them, but the Japanese bees have it somewhat figured out. If a scout comes along, they basically let it into the hive and then swarm the fucker. Then they do some weird vibrating shit to raise the temperature and basically cook the cunt.

Of course, if the scout manages to go get help before they can fuck his shit... then yeah, they're all fucked. Tiny little bees can't do much against those big armoured fucks.
