I had a Timefactor and Modfactor in my Rack controlled by a VL ground control, but that was a couple of years ago and I can't remember the specifics. Have you definitely got the pedals set to the right midi channel? (omni, or 1-16)

I do seem to remember the Modfactor was more temperamental with Midi. I had an expression pedal and there was a big lag in it responding to CC changes.

By all means! But like I say, I can't remember most of the specifics now. I might be very unhelpful haha!
