America has a whole generation of sociopaths coming into adulthood.
Should get interesting in the next 10 years.
I hate to say it, but I don't run outside anymore due to stuff like this. I mean, what are the odds?, but still, I feel that it's really just not that safe out there by yourself. Weird shit used to just be the product of inner cities. However, now we're seeing that behavior in rural/suburb areas.

Re: "We were bored...so we decided to kill somebody"
I think it clearly shows what scumbags the parents of these murderers are. They are alredy making excuses for their offspring, "MY boy didn't pull the trigger" . . .WTF? Are these people really so fucking stupid that they cannot see that all three entered into a conspiricy to commit murder. They ALL pulled the trigger, and should be tried as adults. They are lucky that because they are below 18, the death penalty is off the table. They will proboaly get off relativly easy considering the gravity of their premeditated actions.

Well, if they were bored at least they won't be bored anymore, what with all of the excitement you can find spending everyday of the rest of your life in a 6' x 8' cell.

I din't read all of that because it is too lengthy. I saw the news video in the OP's post and race was never mentioned, and the Mom that was on there looked caucasion to me (maybe not).
These people are just plain animals, lock em up forever and ever.

Re: "We were bored...so we decided to kill somebody"
So let me get this straight...all three shot at the victim, but the two black kids are being held for first degree, the white kid for unlawful discharge and being an accessory after the fact, which means he'll likely draw half the sentence of the other two if convicted? This makes sense how?
No way these sociopaths shouldn't be tried as adults and hopefully draw maximum sentences.

I believe your answer is in this quote:
“The boy who has talked to us said, ‘We were bored and didn’t have anything to do, so we decided to kill somebody.’”
The other two are obviously tough guys who "ain't tellin' the coppers nuthin'....."

Re: "We were bored...so we decided to kill somebody"
It seems that the one boy is being charged for facilitating the discharge of a firearm from a vehicle, and accessory to murder for being the driver. Obviously only one of the other two pulled the trigger, I suppose the felony + death = murder law has turned conspiracy to murder into murder one for him. Not sure why it doesn't apply to the driver also.
The victim's father has spoken with a great deal of grace and restraint, I have to admire him for it. I'd be in a dangerous state, I'm sure.
These kids are definitely sociopathic. Don't give a $#$# about others, the law, like the idea of being cruel for amusement instead of being repulsed by it. "Me me me me me me me."
The international reaction to this is still building. This is going to be a big, big story in world news for a long time.

Take this moment to evaluate how well you are doing as a parent and what you are allowing your children to grow into.

wow it really turned that way. I found that site by searching on the kids names when they first released them and it brought that forum up. It wasn't that bad when i read through it, looking at it now, wow.
When i checked one of those kids facebook pages yesterday, there were quite a few racist comments, I can only imagine what's it like at this point.

No, republicans had little or nothing to do with this.
I have very sound reason for thinking the mainstream Republican Party is complete shit. Not that the other side is any better, but at least they didn't cook the books and get us into a completely needless and illegal war that cost me some really good friends.

I don't get this either

3 guys enter into a conspiricy to commit felony murder for recreation

3 guys get into a car and chase down an innocent jogger

3 guys are present when the shots are fired at the innocent man

3 guys are under 18

but WTF!

2 guys are are charged as adults with felony murder

and
1 guy is a minor with accessory after the fact

This is bullshit, all three guys pulled that trigger and should all three be charged with felony murder and conspiracy to commit felony murder. This was a planned attack not a developing incident or conflict of some kind. All three of these guys are monsters with no conscious, morals, or decency. All three are savage sociopaths and deserve to be locked in prison for ever and ever. This is not about race, TV shows, movies or fucking video games, this is about a total lack of morality in their upbringing. The parents are responsible not society or some kind of social issues.
ALL 3 are equally guilty.
Let all 3 die in prison.

Yes indeed, I finally read all the posts yesterday and I think the blatant racism at that link is way out of control and not pertinent to the facts. They murdered that guy because they are sociopaths not because of their race. It looks like that place is sponsored by the KKK.
