Mine was glorious. Ribeye topped with marinated portobello strips, gulf shrimp wrapped think cut applewood bacon stuffed with jalapeño cream cheese, grilled squash, and asparagus! I am stuffed...

I'm meal prepping for the next week or two today.

Got about 5lbs of soon-to-be shredded chicken in the slow cooker for chicken burritos. Made a dozen egg and canadian bacon breakfast sammiches, apparently they freeze well?

For actual dinner I'm going to be lazy and toss some burgers on the grill.

Fucking hamburger helper. Come at me bros.

To be fair I had freshly ground burgers on the grill for lunch. Threw some apple wood chunks over the charcoal and some A1 over the burgers when they come off.

Fucking delish.

My chick is an unbelievable culinary wizard. Never know what's going to show up. Could be simple roasted chicken, could be a fatty-boom-batty marinated rib-eye, could be homemade soup, could be Osso Bucco.

This Sunday it was leftovers from our trip to the Four Seasons (can I get a WHOOP WHOOP?).
