That poor George Zimmerman... They should let him go and remodel his house for him because he protected the community from the Skittle slasher bandit that way..

I'm betting Zimmerman AT LEAST gets Man Slaughter. He aint gonna walk. Either way he's screwed. If he ends up being aquitted (ap?) , someone will kill him.

He'll definitely have to live in a secret gated community and never come out..

Re: At least one person in the Trayvon Martin case was a rac
i love how CNN portrays him as white
motherfucker is darker than my lawn guys and they are legit mekksins. i've never even heard of a "white hispanic" before this case somehow became national "news". pandering to the lowest common retard.
this whole thing has been great for race relations for good 'ol 'Merika. even if he gets convicted he'll easily win at Appeals. this judge has been out of control from Day 1 on this whole bit so the more wacky she goes the more easy the reviewed case will be to overturn.

Precious has been my favorite part of the whole deal though.

I don't think he will get convicted either. I think I've made my peace with this whole thing. We have a justice and trial system. GZ went through it. What will be will be, and I wasn't there, so, I have about as many facts as anyone else who wasn't there, and that's what it boils down to when discussing this.

he was saying this last year too.
it was basically just Miller Time but it got made into a public spectacle first. i remember when that midget piece of shit spike lee gave out that couple's residence for having the same last name. i hope that fucker dies, and really soon.

Oh believe me I don't think Zimmerman is an angel by any means, nor should have escalated this ordeal to where it ended in someone dying. I do think the whole shebang was blown extremely out of proportion and if GZ was a "real" hispanic then this would have never seen the light of day since black on hispanic/hispanic on black crime happens every day in major metro areas. It was catapulted into the stratosphere by the usual Race Baiter suspects and then went Next Level Shit via the media when Prez Pookie stepped in with his dumbass "If I had a son..." quip. What a bitch.
All it's done is take an already racially divided country to DEFCON 4 when it comes to this sorta thing.

This was known all along. This was a public lynching.
In the end, one life is lost and two families are destroyed. Nothing to celebrate.
But only one innocent person is dead.

And the person who killed him, went LOOKING for a fight.

We as media spectators were not privy to all that the jury had available to them. Our perception of the incident is tainted by the spin the media decides to put on tragic situations like this one. Two men made unwise decisions, in my opinion, and the result was the worst possible outcome. The jury heard all of the evidence and came to a conclusion. No matter what the decision was, it was never going to please all of the people.
The jury has spoken, it's time to let it rest and move on.

I couldn't agree more. My heart goes out to the family, and I know I would be heartbroken and full of rage if my son was killed and the man went free. I hope they find peace in the future, but I know it will not come fast or easy.
That being said, I think the jury came to the right decision. If the state had not caved to pressure and prosecuted for murder 2, and went for a manslaughter charge from the first, and if the state had been able to put forth a case that showed an alternate scenario for how the altercation occurred, then they might have succeeded with a manslaughter prosecution. However, they didn't, they didn't, and they didn't, and by going for the harder charge, maybe due to political/community pressure or maybe due to wanting a high-profile case and conviction padding their resumes, they gave themselves a nearly unwinnable case. Seriously, if this case had been a manslaughter case it would not have maintained the media circus it did, and that would have been better for the case, the community, and the families involved.
this is basically what it boils down to, I'm sad for both of their families

The state couldn't prove negligent behavior in any way that would have resulted in a conviction on manslaughter either. This was a political trial much in the same way Vietnam was a political war.
