Argentina, almost 17, open to most music genres. Started playing piano at 12, and been wandering around in the guitar world since I left the piano lessons. 4 years with a teacher, and now learning by myself. Wanting to become a producer.
Started with an "x" brand SG-type guitar and a Marshall MG15 Dfx, which I got to love a lot, but unfortunately sold some days ago. Went to the store two years ago to get an Epiphone SG and ended up with a Gibson SG
I didn't sell my first guitar anyway, no one should! Together with my father, we stripped it down, gave it a new roundy shape, replaced all the electronics and hardware, and dyed it brown ('cause when I saw the wood after sanding, it was just too good looking to remain covered by opaque paint, though it was a bit too bright... nevertheless, it is almost cardboard in technical terms! 
)When we finished, I played it a bit (it had a horrible fretty sound xD ), looked at him, and he said: "Well... at least it's a cool guitar to hang up on the wall". I still laugh about that.
Used to have a POD HD500, but after some months realized it sounded awful. My expectations were too high to convince myself that it had been a terrible choice! So, I sold that and a couple of other pedals to finally buy a Blackstar HT 50 watt halfstack... And I must say, not bad at all! Practical and great sounding
but still getting used to tube stuff. Definitely a better feel.Personally, I am a really big admirer of Vai, Satch, Soundgarden, RATM, Audioslave... but really enjoy almost anything. I really enjoy listening and talking about gear, sounds, and experiences! I should say, though, I'm new to forums. Never made a single post on any. And wanted to at least give it a try.
