So, 70 % of Americans are "disengaged" at work?

I wonder if at least a small percentage of people are disengaged because of how working conditions have changed over the decades. I mean, think about it, in salaried jobs, there's no such thing as "overtime", but you are expected to work as long as it takes to get the job done.

How many people actually take a full hour lunch?

How many people do ONLY one job?

At some places, they have simply cut down the number of employees but still have the same workload, and the pay hasn't really increased at a good clip, or at all.
