I believe in Texas they refer to this as smear the queer.

We used to play smear the queer when I was kid.

Could have been worse, I guess. Could have said "Ex-teen mom, much like Farrah Abraham, who just made a non-safe sex porno with James Deen, leads abortion-bill filibuster".

But that's bad enough. Fucking bastards.

Half surprised they didn't go with "Cunt won't shut up."

Voters have the right to shut the fuck up and buy shit, with whatever money's left after they hand over as much as possible to the government officials that have given them the right to shut the fuck up and buy shit. It's simple economics.

THE HELL? I swear there was a comment there about the voter rights shit getting raped away when I posted this.

DOMA and Prop 8 were both kicked in the ass as well. 'Murica. Fuck yeah.

It's the kind of day where you almost feel like you might want to live on this planet a bit more. Until you listen to Michele Bachmann's lunatic level rantings following the DOMA ruling at least.

Is this some new rule we've come up with? I didn't get the memo. Damn it, where are my papers? I know my code of conduct book is around here somewhere. . .

Maybe it's because they're such non-issues here in Canada but I don't understand why America is so ass-backwards on these things.

It's pretty simple.

You don't like gay marriages, don't have one.

You don't like abortions, don't get one.

For a country that prides itself on individual freedom, the fact that people are trying to legislate behaviour that doesn't affect them just baffles me.

no no, individual freedom only applies to gun ownership and the right to make as much money as you can while paying your workers nothing.

Otherwise, theocracy FTMFW.
