Nice ride dude!

And yeah, hope you have some money reserved for maintenance...Maintenance on anything with that emblem is ridiculous.

There's a truck in Texas I'm looking at, gonna fly-in like you and drive it home. Probably going to pull the trigger in the next 4 weeks. Looks like this:

Or maybe...... I'll buy a mercedes as bad ass as you and just fuck it all up.

Sweet car man, I envy those that stay on asphalt and thus, can clean their car without worrying about it getting dirty instantly.

Yeah oil changes are going to be large but whatever. People always talk about maintenance w merc but my C class was completely flawless in 5 years, literally all I paid for was oil changes, one set of brakes and two sets of tires. Sold it in a week for 3k over what the dealer offered me too. This one is under warranty for a bit too so that is nice. My friends w American cars seem to have way more issues but to each their own I guess.

That is a big ass fancy truck Lloyd, buy that that shit!!

DAT KING RANCH. Where in TX that truck be, Nancy? Those are so slick. With the F150 I bought in Jan, I went between the Lariat (which I got) and the King Ranch but went with the former since it was newer by a year.

Also, Bill, just yes. Mercs are my dream luxury rollers. E-Class, too. It'll happen one day.

Houston dirty dirty. Or, it's around Houston. Just found another one in Alabama cheaper. I would tell you, but I know you would go buy it yourself. :cop:

King Ranch F250 with the diesel and 4x4 is imo, the best truck built in both performance, durability and looks/interior. I drove my friend's back in October and I basically went from a life-long GM guy to a Ford guy, only took about 15 seconds.

Lariat and KR are basically the same damn truck. You just don't get the 'saddle leather' seats, right? Still get the two-tone color options in the paint.

My brother is about to buy a F-150, too. I wish they'd put that diesel in that F150.

I know this is just personal preference, but I'd take one of these over any of the Ford trucks any day...and I actually dig the Ford trucks.

But as far as performance and looks goes...you'd have a tough time beating this, IMO.

Agreed. the duramax and Allison is the best power combination there is, I just don't like an independent front suspension on a HD truck.

If it were an F150 or a K1500, sure. On the 2500/3500hd stuff? No thanks. I bent a couple arms on my old K1500 and don't wish to go down that same road again.

You have my #, best hit me up if you head this way! :cop:

Yeah the Lariat and KR are pretty much the same, the leather is different and there's the "KR" color combination on the interior/exterior but that's about it. But the KR was a 2011 and had about 35,000 on the clicker and they still wanted about $34,900 for it, whereas my Lariat is a '12 and had 300 miles for about $32k drive-out, so I was happy.

Putting that turbo diesel in an F150 would be such tits. But this is Merrika- we hate them damn dirty diesels!! :usa: :usa:

I hear ya buddy! It's the one thing I DON'T like about GM trucks...Looks, performance, and reliability I always think GM is top notch...but when they don't even offer the solid axle anymore, that is the one and only knock about those trucks.

I drive a 2500 now, and haven't had any problems whatsoever...My last truck was a 1500, and I was about to throw a Dana 60 in the front, but ended up selling it and my dana 60. Will be doing that swap on my 2500 within a couple years. Then I'll have the best of both worlds
