Microphone choice help

Post by Elessar [Sly] »

I'm looking for a main condenser microphone for recording lead vocals, backing vocals, acoustic guitar, and ones in a blue moon harmonica. I've narrowed it down to three so far, what do you think I should get? I'm also open to other suggestions!

I don't have much experience in the realm of condenser microphones, but someone recommended this to me a few years back and it has always caught my eye. I haven't bought it yet, but it sounds good in their clips.

Yeah, the Kel Audio mics are exceptional value for money, as are the OktavaMod mics which you can hear compared with Neumann U87s etc on their website - http://www.oktavamodshop.com/index.php?cPath=2_28
