Nice truck man. If I ever decide to buy a decent car this is high on my list.

Roadrunner belongs to a buddy, but I'll let him know you love his car. He's the one that sold me the Challenger and 75 Cordoba, and said I have first dibs when he decides to sell the Runner.

New Holley carb for the Challenger a couple weeks ago:
Took a few mornings to get the choke and all dialed in so it wasn't quite ready for the last cruise night, so I brought the squat-thrust burnout mobile instead.

Dave: That's a cool truck man. I had an old CJ7 in the 90s that I really liked. Only sold it when I had to move away for college. I'd buy a Wrangler in a heartbeat. They're just timeless classics.
DBN: damn son!!
Loop: definitely bald eagle level American

I'm in the middle of setting my new Holley on the Impala so I share that pain.
But the squat-thrust burnout mobile is fucking siiiiiick

I had a CJ-7 Renegade a long time ago which is the look I'm going for on this one. I'm getting tired of the bro dozer/tacticool/futuristic military look most of the modern jeep guys go for.

This looks just like my old one:
Oh man!!!!! Nice!! Mine was a regular 1985 CJ7. I think it started out as a Laredo but by the time I bought it in '93 the previous owner had repainted it and modded it extensively so I am not sure. But man I loved that car. If I ever get into buying "fun" cars again, Jeeps are my first choice.
Totally agree about the Jeeps getting too futuristic looking now. The new wheels and front bumper you chose were a major improvement. But at least they left the square headlights of the 90's in the past. That was truly atrocious.
