Needs sliced fresh peppers for completion. :fap:

Homemade multi-grain bread, square sliced and stuffed with ricotta, mascarpone, homemade herb blend and thin sliced chicken breast, then covered with sliced mozzarella.

Tomorrow it’s Vidalia’s and local fresh shrimp. I fucking love me some shrimp and onions. A little butter to cook it and a little salt and pepper added sauteed with big huge pieces of onion until they’re translucent on the edges but still a but crunchy in the middle. That’s it. So delicious. Serve with whatever. I like a little side of pasta.
