The thing about carpet not matching the drapes is that once you've verified the situation all systems are go anyway so who cares?

There hasn't been any verified carpet sightings anywhere in the USA in the last 15 years, which is truly unfortunate. I understand carpet can still be found in Japan and parts of Europe, so there is hope. I expect the comeback of carpet will immediately follow the much anticipated comeback of 80's guitar focused metal, but thats fodder for another discussion ...
