Thankfully, there is a way to block them, but who else has been getting bombarded with that crap on their Facebook feed?

What's odd is I have people in my feed doing Bitstrips that would normally be the first to openly mock anyone even thinking about doing it.

I made three yesterday about committing suicide in response to seeing so many of them







They're actually pretty fun when you make them all about suicide.

one advantage I see with not being on facebook - seems I don't have to deal with some annoying thing called a bitstrip. I'll take that as a positive ...

Not going to lie, those made me chuckle a little. It's like the goth kid from South Park that conformed and joined Kyle's dance crew because it was non-conformist for a Goth to do something that is conformist.

These have been around for awhile but all of a sudden EVERYONE is doing them.

Oh well, doesn't really bother me. My FB feed is 90% garbage most of the time anyway.

I definitely agree with you guys that there is already tons of lame crap people post on Facebook, but Bitstrips is a special kind of stupid. I mean, people are actually making an effort to make stupid cartoons of themselves doing stupid things. The worst part about it is seeing friends of mine who are GROWN ASS MEN doing this shit.

i had a friend that was posting a bunch of these, and he was the only one, so i thought he was drawing them. i was like, cool, but you'll need more style to make it in webcomics---and they have to make some sort of sense (most people do this shit with inside jokes).

So that's what these things are called? Yeah they've been fucking everywhere on my feed the last couple weeks. Stupid as shit

I had like fucking 40 of these on my news feed a couple days ago.

To be honest, if I couldn't block them, I would just deactivate my Facebook and call it a good run.

Bitstrips are a new low. It's like people make comics about stuff they plan on doing instead of actually doing it.

Rather than throw the baby out with the bath water why not block or unfriend the offenders? Granted if all your friends are right wing zealots then you're kind of fucked, but hey, you should have choosen better friends

i've seen like, 3 of these things.

Ive had a few pop up. I dont see what's so funny / interesting about them.
