Hello new and old members!

Name's Nathan. I mainly listen to metal, but some classic rock and modern rock. I am in a Hard rock/metal band. I found this forum site searching on google for amp mods on my Jet City.

I'm in to pretty much everything but my main gig has been metal for many years now.


I've still never had a chance to play a Jet City amp, though I do own one of the Jet City Isolation cabs

Yeah I love some other genres sometimes but always go back to metal. Cant beat the guitar riffs in metal lol.

Nice! Im the opposite, have a jet city head but never tried one of their cabs.
Whats the isolation cab like? ive only seen pictures.

It's pretty cool actually, but I never use it. I really have no need for it. It gets more use as a stool than as a guitar cabinet


I should probably try to sell it but it's not exactly a hot ticket item....


I recorded this clip with it when I first got it - it has kind of a hollow sound; definitely needs some EQ work which I didn't do at all

I know what you mean by hollow, it kind of sounds like a Hall Reverb effect. lol

Probably more expensive and less comfortable than a nice stool from a furniture store
Might come in handy one day though!
