I think anyone that wants to put clothes on their pets is a little out there, with the exception of clothes that serve a purpose... having the article of clothing being capes... that qualifies in my book as batshit crazy... however depending on the epicness of her ass that could be forgiven.

on the crazy scale - 1 being normal, and 10 being bat-shit insane - probably only about a 4.
Hell, I'd probably consider myself at least a 2.

Absolutely insane.
Everyone knows cat's don't like wearing capes. They'll just fall over and refuse to walk.
It's much easier to just tie a tube sock or piece of yarn around their waist for the same effect.

Yeah, just based on the capes for cats I'd agree. Probably about a 4 although I'm assuming there's a bit more to her that could significantly ratchet her ranking up a few notches.

I have an algorithm I put to together that determines how bat shit crazy a woman actually is. It hasn't failed me once in 36 tries. Gives an accurate decision that 10 out of 10 scientists agree is completely 100% accurate.
