Not at all my friend. I miss writing and playing my own stuff but with three kids it's hard to do. I love playing and the cover band I'm in allows me to do that. Enjoy it!

Now I would be happy to play in a 90's cover band... But I am too lazy to learn the songs

I'd say awesome rocker dad Playing guitar in a '70s rock cover band has been the best thing I have done for my playing in years. It forced me to practice and I get to learn a bunch of killer songs I grew up air-guitaring to as a kid And as someone else said; people actually show up and you get paid!

I'm so tired of the word "sellout."
