I usually take notice of the yellowish 'stale' hue their skin has with the dark circles under their eyes.
When they start going on about it I tell them that's cool, and go on about my business.

It's to help us. They ID themselves so when we run out of cows, we know they're first.

I don't entirely get it either, and they wonder why they get sick ALL THE TIME. Everyone knows how I eat, and you'd rarely hear from me being sick, except for the occasional migraines.
