Something old just became new again LOL!

I've finally gotten around to selling off a bunch of old, unused gear and was considering listing an old Digitech rack processor I bought in the mid '90s. I took it out of my rack some time ago and it's just been sitting in a closet.

What I should have done is taken a few pictures of it, do not pass go, do not turn it on and then end up second guessing the decision to sell it.

Did I listen to my own advice?

No, of course not.

Instead I go into the preamp of this and turn off the compressor & drive settings then fired up a couple of amp-in-box pedals to run in front of it to spice things up.

I ripped off a Kiss lick in one part somewhere towards the end of this.

Why do I do this every time I make up my mind to sell something? :bang:

The upside is it sounds fkg amazing!

I also like that black Eclipse. I have the red one and didn't know they ever made another option. Best amp in a box pedal i've come across.

It has a limited edition "Galaxy" finish which is a blueish black with silver sparkle.

Sort of a cool muscle car metallic sparkle finish.

Thanks brudda. :hi5:

I know the Digitech you're talking about because I have that one too. I have the version they called the 2112. The 2120 Artist is the same hardware with a firmware update. Digitech sold an eprom with the updated firmware so you could upgrade a 2112 into a 2120 Artist. The previous owner did that to this one.

I had a 2112 for a few years with a mos valve 1160. I think I sold them both because I needed money. and I dont even reacall getting more than 200 maybe $300 for both. I wish you could get them for that still.

had a 2112, and two RP360XP's and 1101's - regret selling the 1101 and bought another, and bought the RP360XP again basically just to have a second Whammy pedal because it was cheaper than a Whammy pedal

really interested to see if the revived Digitech group puts out a modern multieffects processor in the future ...
