i like the idea but wouldnt put them in the fridge. try letting them get to room temp before cooking them, then they arnt cold or raw in the middle due to the tempreture. i would also add herbs

It's the recipe from the restaurant that came up with them. I think it's to help the burgers stay together, and not be too greasy when handling. Think about how bacon gets at room temp..
Bacon is the only flavor it needs bro, why fuck with perfection.
