he doesn't have too much of a case but it's probably cheaper to settle than to fight it so yeah it will most likely be a settlement. Fucking ridiculous.

He will have to bring a case against them right ? I assume he'll have to pay for that and if he loses he'll have to pay their lawyer fees as well won't he ? I bet the band has the funds to deal with such BS .
