The problem I have is that right now, we're working in reverse. We had the flannel 90s, then those came back as hipsterdom (same flannel, just tighter pants). Now we're heading back to the 80s. The problem with this is that the 70s are coming up next, and I will literally kill everyone in Austin if I have to put up with fucking bell bottom jeans.

Thankfully when I'm on campus for school, I see my fair share of Yoga pants and volleyball shorts.

But one time I was cruising the tumblr of a friend who is in the fashion industry and all I saw were pictures of skinny (but ugly) hipster bitches in high waisted shorts and shirts that looked like they've been mauled by a bear.

Yea no thanks, I was born just outside of the 80s and I'd like to keep every facet of that era away from my personal life.

I never found 'long butts' to be sexy. High-waisted pants give the illusion of a long butt or a flat butt. Not my cup o' tea. I'd hafta see the bare ass first. But at that point, we'd already be halfway to doin the deed and i'd probably finish what had been started.
