Where have you been since Coof broke out?

January 2020 - Las Vegas
May 2020 - Clayton, OK
May 2020 - Austin
June 2020 - Las Vegas
July 2020 - Cancun
September 2020 - hunting trip
November 2020 - Vegas (got Coof)
January 2021 - Roswell, NM
January 2021 - Biloxi, MS
February 2021 - New Orleans
February 2021 - Roswell, NM
March 2021 - Columbus, OH
April 2021 - Las Vegas
April 2021 - Knoxville + Nashville

Haven't even died yet. I get a kick out of hearing about people that have barely left their home for the past year, and really can't wait until the rest of the world opens back up. I hate being restricted.

I don't think I've been out of LA since the coof hit, but that's only because I'm a homebody; nothing to do with the coof

That changes this month tho

Well no air travel for me but I've been all around the east coast last year and we still managed to play 4 gigs last year and another 4 this year so far.

I went to see my mom in Wisconsin last summer/fall.
Went for a couple overnights in the Pocono's
out to eat numerous times

but not much else in the way of travel.

I will say that even though being in locked down PA - I haven't worn a mask outside since this thing started.
First time since I moved here in '01 that I have seriously considered moving back to FL.

Oh we go out to eat 4-5 a week at minimum, our neighborhood has a happy hour several times a week, etc

I'm not a home body at all and don't like being inconvenienced.

Tennessee was free af

Oklahoma never bothered with it

Down here the suburbs have stopped enforcing it, and most bars don't care at all. Some of the hipster places are willingly over the top on requiring it which is their prerogative just like it's mine to not give them my money.

Road trips to Northern CA, Vegas, and Denver last summer. It was obvious fam was a little uncomfortable with our visit, so we stayed home for the holidays, which turned out to be rad. Mexican fishing trip in November got cancelled.

I've been riding my bike and driving to north county to play with my band weekly since the pandemic started. I was made for this sh!t, to be honest. It's possible to be safe without being scurred or being a super-spreader. :idk:

NYC March 2020 :cop:
Moved to Austin in August

Don’t remember exact dates on much but for work I’ve been to:
Omaha, Minneapolis, Chicago, Indiana, Rochester NY, Queretaro Mexico, and Dallas

I’ve driven from Chicago to Austin twice.
Was at Port Aransas a week and a half ago.

I think that’s it.

Like Devin, I am a home body and the rest of the world can go fuck itself.

That said, I have a $450 credit with Southwest from a trip we booked right before everything shut down. I will probably use it to fly to Chicago to see one of my best friends and most likely get shot to death.

I live in the Knoxville area. Why would you come here? :idk:

Other than doing local trips to the mountains for hiking our family flew to Phoenix then drove through state parks in AZ, UT, and CO for hiking last October. We all agreed it was our favorite family vacation yet.

Our neighbor's wedding in Friendsville. I loved Knoxville and we're planning a return trip to go hiking. It was wild how many people we met that were simply there to hike, including a guy from Colorado. Lovely people in TN as well.

I went to Denver in January and I'm going to Austin this month to chill and have beers with hommies. I live in the land of the big scareds and pencil neck weasel leadership. We're super coof conscious around here :wank:

The mountains and hiking are some of the best things about this area.

I live in the same county as Friendsville and you were about 10-15 minutes from my house.

Sure. The names around here are great since I'm not originally from the area.

I live in Blount County which is pronounced blunt. But apparently Loudon County with the same "ou" is pronounced Loud like high volume. Louisville is pronounced like the name Louis + ville. Our city, Maryville is pronounced Murrville. :freak: :idk:

We also have a Mechanicsville for those of you who liked the Friendsville name.
"Mechanicsville is a neighborhood in Knoxville, Tennessee, United States, located northwest of the city's downtown area. One of the city's oldest neighborhoods, Mechanicsville was established in the late 1860s for skilled laborers working in the many factories that sprang up along Knoxville's periphery." - Wikipedia

It is a great place to live though. I live in the country with a short drive to be in the mountains. Low crime. Plenty of jobs. It's a good place to raise the kids.
