My dude hasn't got back to me in a week about an issue I'm having with a piece of gear still under warranty. It seems all of my communication is routed to him. I would like him to be someone else.

Ok seriously I would think that would be the last thing that would ever happen. Perhaps the end is near .. i had to tell mine to kindly stop contacting me lol. They are the best though and in fact did take back an expensive piece that was defective but still under warranty almost a year later. It also seems like you should be able to get some assistance if you use any of their contact us emails. Best of luck!

Yeah seems like all communications route through him. I'll have to call the 1800 number and ask to get transferred to AJ. He was recommended.

Yeah my dude calls me once in a great while. I work 730 am to 5 for a defense contractor. I'm not answering Sweetwater calls.

Tell em you want to speak to that Human bowling pin Chuck Schwurack, not proper spelling but it fits, tell him Sweetwater is a fucking cult and you hope the FBI comes in and burns em down one day like David Koresh. UNLESS, you get a new sales “Engineer”...

Haven't been back in a while. But I ended up getting a straight swap for a different synthesizer. I am 100% more happy with the new one. Works better sounds better. I lost 2 features but gained 10 more.
Still fuck Kent at Sweetwater. Dude is a shit rep.

I wouldn't know how to get a new rep outright, but every time I've ordered something my rep is "out for the day." The only thing better than having your rep call the second you order a bag of picks and two patch cables is having one of his coworkers call, apologize for him not being there, then checking in to make sure you know you can call for help with plugging in your patch cables once you get them.

I'm always tempted to go full-blown Jim Carrey Cable Guy on them and actually call just to see how they walk you through plugging in patch cables just for funsies. But who has the time?
I will say I had an acquaintance that I turned onto Sweetwater that was such a choad his rep ended up dropping him to a newer guy. I'm capable of being an asshole, but that dude took it to a new level with his sweetwater interactions. He was special.
