Amazon is selling two of my CDs ILLEGALLY!!!!

A few years ago, I opened an account with Amazon.com's, "Create Space" website.
Create Space was made for self-publishing, on-demand books and music CDs. Not sure about books but, CDs were made as the orders came in - Amazon kept no inventory except, the digital music and art files.
About three years ago, Amazon closed Create Space and everyone, who was self publishing, was moved to a new webpage called, "Amazon Seller Central". There were no issues with the transition and royalty payments continued uninterrupted.
In October, I purchased an advertisement on FaceBook to promote one of the CDs. After a few weeks, I tried to login to my Seller Central account to check on the results of my advert.
A popup said:
Not Authorized
We noticed that it's been a while since you’ve had any transactions on your Amazon seller account associated with this email address. Because of the inactivity, we have closed this seller account.
Your buyer account is not affected.
We appreciate that you chose Amazon as a selling channel, and we’d be delighted to see you return. When you’re ready, simply register a new account.

#1 - I have been selling 4 or 5 CDs a month, for the last few years, and I received a 1099 for my 2019 sales this past February.
#2 - I tried to register a new account as they "simply suggested" ...and Amazon now wants me to pay a fee of $38/month!!!! I had been making $4.95 per CD in royalties but, obviously I haven't been selling enough to cover the new $38.00 monthly fee. Doesn't Jeff Bezos make enough money????
No biggie.... I'll just start using Distrokid for $20 per year.
Unfortunately, I can no longer log into my Seller Central Account so, I have no way to shut down the two Amazon web pages that are STILL advertising my CDs for on-demand sale!
Of course, in true Orwellian fashion, Amazon does not offer a way to contact anyone for help unless you can login but, since they closed my account, I can't login!
After three days of clicking around, I found an Amazon "payments" email address which only replies with an automatic, do not reply to, cut-and-paste response.
Yesterday, I logged into my regular, Amazon buyers account and found a way to report the sale of material that I though was inappropriate.
I finally received a cut-and-paste email that asked for additional information and this new Amazon reply provided me with an Issue Number.
We will see what happens..... in the mean time, Amazon is still selling my CDs and I'm assuming, they won't be sending me any royalties.
