Live performance & stage presence

So me and some friends have started playing around with live streaming, it’s actually a lot of fun although it kinda forces you to get your shit together (not there yet). One thing I noticed about myself is that I’m way too tense and it shows on video, looks like I have rigor mortis lol.
So anyway, what are your live performance techniques & tips you use to look like a rock star?

Enjoy yourself and don't over think it.

Play in front of a mirror (or a camera and watch it later) so you can figure out what angles/stances/moves look cool. Other than that, don't worry about it too much, it gets easier the more you do it. But being able to watch yourself playing is important until you get the hang of it.
Oh also, clothing, hair style etc definitely help.. don't go on stage looking like you are about to hang drywall but don't overdo it either.

Be handsome with a good physique so that you can feel more confident. Also being a solid guitarist helps a little too.
That’s what I did... the handful of times I’ve been on stage.

the lead singer must connect with the audience , it's simple really . The other guys just need to move around a little .

I used to get really bad stagefright. I got around it by telling myself that there were probably 5 guitarists in every crowd, and while all of them might know I suck, the rest of the people can't tell, so fuck it, just play for them.

Guitarists in the crowd are ALWAYS the problem.

You have to be the music, without thinking. It's all about he music.
Once you start thinking, your performance will suffer.
Find your happy place and JUST DO IT!!! FUCK HOW YOU LOOK!!!
If you're worried about looking tense, dress like a nut then, you will look like you're in character.

1 shot, 1 beer, Ramones power stance, sleeveless shirt, do back vocals to force yourself to not look at your hands too much.
Thats what I do at least.

I look at a stage performance as a good chance to take my shirt off and flaunt what God gave me. The women seem to love this. Also, I lift my guitar in the air often because it gives the ladies a better view of my washboard abs. Don't do this too much, you don't want to seem vain.
I also wear tight fitting pants which emphasize the hog I'm sporting. I like to think I put the "size" in "emphasize". It helps. Again, you don't want to showboat too much, so make sure that only the first 7 or 8 hog inches are visible. You want to maintain some mystery.
If I can control them at all, I try to prevent
all the girls from crowding in front of me. Try to put the shorter girls up front so the tall girls don't block their view.
I don't take all the girls backstage to get better acquainted, I try to limit it to 5. I usually pick out 4 super hot girls and 1 that's average looking. (The average one helps keep my ego in check.)
Don't forget to lock the dressing room door and...
That's usually the point in the dream where I wake up.

The average looking one is often more motivated also

These are the things that dudes who can't get hot women say to themselves to feel like they're still winners.

Dude, I'm beginning my 60th year - pretty much impervious to 'burns' as it relates to 'hot women' these days......

Nothin' oozes cool confidence like cheap sunglasses.
I'm not sure ZZ-Top has been seen (anywhere) for the last 40 years without sunglasses, and they are the gods of cool.
Even the emoji gods have declared sunglasses to be the symbol of cool:
Don't be like this weedly weedly wanker who lacks cool:
Stick to sunglasses!
