I have an idea

What about a GGF raffle (of sorts).
As many users as we can muster sign up (let’s say 25) and everyone throws in $50 (works out to be $1250 in the pot). At sign up, everyone lists what they would want for $1250 and whoever wins the raffle gets that item.
It would happen as often as the group would want.

Been brought up before - unless something has changed, Billy's terms of service do not allow Raffles. Giveaways are fine, but no money/ticket selling.

Yeah unfortunately, I can't do it because it's considered "gambling" by US federal law. We can only do giveaways.
That's why you always see the "no purchase necessary" disclaimer whenever someone is giving out prizes, even for large companies.
