It's Sunday. Feeling retrospective today. I don't subscribe to hero worship, but I miss that dude's contributions to music. Vocalist for the ages...

IMHO, it's a tragic loss. I would love to be as talented as Chris, but I fall short. FAR short. Being talented means nothing when you're battling demons. I get that. I wish he had found a way to hang on. As someone who has dealt with suicide on the most personal level imaginable, I absolutely get that. Doesn't change my desire for him (and a special loved one) to still be here. Changing the world in their own special ways...

3+ octaves....I remember thinking (because I heard PJ first) that he was trying to copy...years go by, hear different shit, including TOTD and thinking "man this guy is just fantastic".

RIP man, sorry you were so tortured.

Huge fan - hurt bad. Got to see him numerous times with SG, solo and TOTD just months before he passed.

Tragic on so many levels...they were still kicking ass at ~50 years old.
