For some people, even bad publicity is good publicity... maybe, more people know who he is now.

heck if I know , but these dirt bags have been using their power over people far too long , like since Moses . There are many problems to face though and simply saying something happened should not make it so . Thank God , I'm not famous or a business owner or a HR guy . Or a predator .

What if, you promise to help with someone's career, you have sex, you make a few calls to promote the person, introduce them to some people but, their career flops?
Is that OK?
You met your fiduciary obligations.

I knew two guys, who had a record label in the hipster town of Hoboken, NJ.
They lived in a loft that was set up for throwing parties, had their office in one corner, DAW in another corner, pool table, big screen tv, bar, couches and two bedrooms.
Although, I'm not sure that they make any promises to the young girls, they did get lots of poontang.

I'm not defending him , don't get me wrong . It's a tough situation to be in for all parties and if you are expecting a lawyer to save you kiss your ass and your money good bye . But you gotta know if someone simply says something you will need to defend yourself and at the cost of legal defense it can be the death of you and your honor guilty or not . I'd like to call in our resident HR guys who are all probably dealing with a case or 2 right now .

Axl isn't the only rapist, there's Nelly, Marvin Gaye, Jackie Wilson, James Brown, Tupac, Jonny Craig, and all of Decapitated. That's not even counting the statutory rapists like Anthony Kiedis, David Bowie, Jimmy Page, Chuck Berry, Mick Jagger, Steven Tyler, Don Henley, David Lee Roth, Bob Weir, Bill Wyman, Elvis Presley, Iggy Pop, Prince, Sam Cooke, Little Richard, Jerry Lee Lewis, Michael Jackson, Johnny Thunders and Ted Nugent. And that's just off the top of my head.

Take them all out and the the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame will be very empty.

I agree for the most part. The bulk of this is cats&dogs bullshit. If it's all true, his behavior is typical for a insecure dude. Doesn't mean I think it is right or that he is justified in being a manipulative P.O.S.

The underage stuff is beyond the pale and he deserves whatever heat lands on him.

It seems to me that somebody has the chat logs and he is probably screwed.

Whether it's him, or anyone else, if the girls are underage, you are a piece of shit for engaging. Even if they seek the attention. You're an adult. You know better.

What baffles me is how, in a world where everyone has a camera and everything is recorded and stored on multiple databases, anyone can believe that their illegal/immoral behavior won't be discovered. That alone should be a deterrent, but it certainly doesn't seem to be...

I agree. In this perpetually monitored society, common sense is in very short supply.

To me, if she's underage she is underage. He is a fucking creep. As far as the legality, my hunch is that would maybe hinge on the exchange and possession nude pics/videos of a teen. But I am no lawyer or investigator. So I don't know. If there are chat logs and it is all documented, it'll get interesting.
