She’s been in Paris for two weeks for a half vacation/half work deal with her best friend; we’ve been together for a long time and I have an extremely hard time sleeping without her, as she does me.

Had to work Saturday for half the day, so Friday night I went all out. 3 glasses of wine, two shots, hit of weed and an Ambien. I used to be a chef, got some kitchen skills, bombed on a seriously great (if I say so myself) artisanal bread, special egg and cheese combo, roast beef, really good Gouda/cheddar sandwich deal. Figured that’d lay me out good.

It did, for about 3 hours. That’s the longest I’ve slept since she left, usually get about an hour on the couch at night and that’s it.

The sex is coming but man, I seriously can’t wait to sleep like 10 hours...

That sucks but it’s sweet that you guys can’t sleep without each other. My wife struggles with that too.

She’s the only one over ever had this problem with dude. All the rest I was like ‘finally get the bed to myself’ but this one, man...

I do not have anything remotely close to this. I like being alone in bed. Get the fuck away from me.

I used to get really mad when I was dating my wife. She'd come over and we'd watch a movie. She'd ALWAYS FALL ASLEEP ON MY ARM. I wasn't in to the show, typically, and would prefer to be playing video games. I'd tell her "if you're going to sleep, why not go home?"

Her response "...ungh... I'm commmfyyyyy".

FUCKING GET OUT!



We're happily married despite all this and we sleep on a king so I can sleep like a king.
