Nature's "Owl Power" is airing on my local PBS station right now. It's new so, I'm sure it will be broadcast on PBS stations around the country.
The latest info from recent studies on owls....
"Cameras, X-rays and ultramicroscopes reveal details about the life of owls, including how they hunt, how their vision and hearing work and how they fly so quietly."

I'll definitely watch. Thanks for that.

I got a few pics the other night of our barred owl.
We had not seen her since May when she was showing up a couple hours
before dark and perched over our pond. Last night she showed up with very
little shooting light left but I got a few more shots of her. Beautiful
bird, plus she keeps the muskrat numbers in check.
