So, I exit Hulu last night and AGT is on. I have never watched a full episode of this show. This skinny teenage girl named Courtney Hadwin starts doing the worst Janis Joplin impression that I have ever heard and dancing like a clown. I decide to stick around for the judges. Howie Mandel fawns, no biggie, he wouldn't know good music if hit him upside the head. Mel B fawns, huh? Granted she was a Spice Girl, but still she technically is a singer. Heidi Klum fawns. Understandable, after all she is a model and not a musician. Surely, Simon Cowell will tell it straight...right? Nope. Simon Cowell fawns....wtf I'm thinking to myself. Back in season 1 of American Idol Simon Cowell would have had to contain his laughter before launching into the insults that would destroy this girl dreams. Yesterday? Nope, Simon builds up buttercup so he can push her album and tour dates, They should call this show America's Got Pablum.

Btw this is horrible. I cannot even finish the song. Her voice is just bad and annoying. At least she has strong vibrato? even that is annoying.

I completely agree. She sings like a donkey. I would walk out 10 minutes into a show of hers. I'm not saying Billy's woman is the second coming of Ann Wilson, but I could sit through 2 hours of her singing and probably enjoy every minute.

I have no idea why but I am in tears right now laughing so hard from listening to these donkeys.

She's 14 years old... the judges would look really bad if they tore her a new asshole.

Poor girl. I am sure in a few years, her voice will sound better.

What motivation does she have to sing better? Supposedly credible people are telling her it is good. And now she is getting record contract offers and paid gigs. I bet she blows out her voice by the time she's 19 and never records a good song.
