Been revisiting some really old stuff lately. This is one local band from where I grew up that was just so killer. They could have done so much IMO. Still loving this shit 20 years later. If you like Acid Bath or just some dark sounding HC check it out. Pretty awesome music.

I used to dig Acid bath a LOT. Clue me in, whats ffof? This sounds pretty good.. the recording is basic. They were probably good to watch live, but needed someone to produce them a bit.

Yeah the production was kind of crap. Was in 1995 I think and their first recording. I guess it fit the dark vibe. The second album kind of ruined them as a band IMO. They went super soft depressed love song kind of thing the entire album. They had a couple of good songs on there but took away most of the heaviness. And yes they destroyed live. Probably some of the craziest and most brutal pits I have ever seen.

I've blazed with Dax Riggs and some of the other guys that were with him in Deadboy back in the day. He was cool at the time but I hear he's actually a pretty massive douchebag

I think of those situations like this. Famous or even semi famous musicians are, musicians...So they are probably weird AF and have a few screws loose in general.

On top of that imagine not being able to go anywhere and being bombarded by people all of the time. I hate people, I would probably be called a douchebag too for handling an awkward i love you situation the wrong way.

Ahh, yeah... that WAS great!
Sometimes you just KNOW when you hear those bands that kill it live, but the studio doesnt capture it.

Yeah, & you know.. people, fans.. want their idols to be all fuckn cool. Man.. theyre just people! And like you say, its gotta get annoying.
And of course youll hear MORE from a disgruntled fan, than not.
