What scale is this???

I've been Dissecting a piece of music, and the melody goes |G, F#, D#, D|G,G#, A#, G#, G|. Bass Notes just hit 8th notes G, G# (Root is G) So I thought with the Minor feel it had to it, it used Harmonic minor. I then saw that It used a lowered 2, so Then I thought Phrygian, but that has a lowered 7, not natural. Anyone help me???

P.S., It then goes into G# Major.
