Since we don't have a raver emoji I'll just post the
Most my life I've loathed EDM/electronica and the truth is the vast majority of it sucks. There are however some standout EDM artists who do the trance or dubstep really well. Not Skrillex.
Anyway, Deadmau5 is seriously dope as fuck. I've been on a silly EDM kick for the past couple months and have done more active listening to the genre in those couple months than in all the years of my life combined. This guy is uniquely better than the rest of the EDM DJ's IMO.

because I'm referring to the entire span of my life and that's what it was called in the 90's
By the way "electronica" is not a term that a millennial would use, just saying.

Mouse. I'm excited. I've never done a rave and I figure I'm only a few years away from being too old for that shit so it's kinda like a bucket list thing too, aside from the fact that I genuinely really like this guy. I get why Spawn isn't into him. It's very dancecentric and not really trippy but I like to groove from time to time and his music and production abilities really get my rocks off. There's a detail and clarity in the higher end of the sonic spectrum that he captures and commands that I find really impressive.

Never too old to roll raver style, Mikey! Somewhere there's a picture of me wearing a surgical mask filled with Vicks and glow sticks tucked into my visor. I may have been high.

it's hard for me cause I've been out of the party scene for so long and I have literally no connections for such things anymore. Unless they make MDMA medical and I can get a card like my weed....

Also Mike FYI you WILL be the oldest guy there. I go to shows like this often, and am always towards the oldest end of the spectrum at 32. I can sneak by because people usually guess I'm younger by 5 or 6 years. Just a warning to be prepared to feel old as fuck.

I'm looking forward to being surrounded by a bunch of sexy bitches and then going home and banging mine.
But yeah I already anticipated feeling old. At least I'm like you and look younger than I am. I could pass for 28-29.
