I just noticed on HC . . .

I can't create a new topic/thread/message. The box is grayed out once I mouse over it. I see little locks on all the threads but I don't know if it applies to just me or is everyone experiencing it. Is this bannination or is HC on lockdown?
Either way, fuck HC. THIS is home.
