New home studio and new interface / soundcard day. Also new apartment day and new job day.
Got my Lynx E22 card, setup was flawless and everything works right out the box like it should. Sound is awesome, I can hear details that I've missed before. (Made me notice some boomy notes in my older mixes
)
Took me a while to get everything setup so that I didn't get any echoes or resonances in this new room but now it's starting to sound alright. I'll need to get used to it since it sounds a bit different, smaller and tighter but at least there are no low end issues etc. anymore after I got the bass traps in place and bought some foam pads under the speakers.
Pics, Ikea hack desk:

Yes that is a huge "light bulb", the camera is not lying.

In case anyone is interested, I installed the acoustic elements by gluing some cardboard onto the back, then hammered one of these into the wall and cut a slit into the cardboard to hang the element onto the hook.
