The original 5 amps were updated and the first round of new amps was released to people who bought his platinum package. I'm liking it so far. Everything seems to be brighter and tighter, which was what I was hoping to hear.

Thanks for the heads up. I'll have to download it and experiment. I really wasn't impressed with the amps in the last version.

Dennis you always made them sound awesome, but for me they weren't a good fit. I had better luck with the Ignite Amps plugins like the Emissary. I can't wait to hear some demos...

I struggled getting a great tone with it too. I loved the feel, but it was always kind of dark or just way too fizzy. I could never find a happy medium. The new version of the amps are pretty awesome. It models all modes and switches, and the EQ's act fairly similar to the real amps. He claims they are 100% accurate, but we all know how that goes *cough* Fractal *cough*
