Seems the band I left late last year has got a gig @ the end of April and they want to know if I'd be interested in playing... It's with another band that we are friends with and more than likely it will be a fun gig... I left the band mostly because I found people just were not pulling their weight and everything came down to a rushed deal come gig time... as much as I'd love to play with the guys again since they are all old friends... not sure if I want to go back in to that situation where it's the same ole shit again....


so do I roll the dice and hope the gigs plays out well and we have a good time getting ready for it

OR

Fuck it all... stay home and pay my guitar alone...

besides maybe they got better since you saw them last.

hahaha... well I know they haven't jammed since I left... in fact the band more or less broke up when I left, besides it never was an issue of being good enough, everyone can more than hold their own, it was more an issue of priorities, the band didn't seem to be very high on most of theirs so while we were a solid band we could have been FAR greater....

I do think I'll probably end up doing it though... if not just to justify my new gear I'll do it for the hell of it...

I've done this. Twice to one ex, in fact.

Would do it again even though she's a terrible lay. Why? I like the idea of using her for a nut then ignoring her stupid bullshit after and just leaving. Plus she still, to this day, has fantastic titties and I like whitewashing them.

Sadly, I have done this myself. Not that it wasn't good, but it wasn't great either. Guess it happens. She was crazy.
