BTW, I know they're reliable and all, but I find AKs to be too small and light for the amount of recoil they have. To me, they're not very fun to shoot more than a few times.

Uhm, what are you comparing them to? 10/22? They barely have a light shove of a push AK & 10/22.

I will agree that once you break the 3200 fps and are moving 200 grs for 270+ grs at 2700 fps, recoil can be brisk, but AKs barely break 2300 fps w 123 grs.

Also, anyone who things that the 7.62x39 or 5.45x39 round isn't deadly should volunteer to take one COM. I've used both calibers in AK variants with success.

how much is the ammo ? I'm having a hell of a time finding 5.56 right now.
I think im up to 120 rounds.

I've found 50 rounds, that's it everything is on backorder

Congrats on the ak! Better stock up on ammo etc as the way things are going doesn't look good

I just play battlefield when I want to shoot guns.
