Just finished up my latest build, a guitarpcb dsotm fuzz, which is based on the skreddy lunar module. Nails dsotm tones and it sustains for days.

Got a chance to record a clip, just some wanking and playing around with all the knobs, nothing special. I recorded in Bias Desktop using a clean amp setting, than I click on the pedal and run through a bunch of settings, roll off the volume a couple times to show it cleans up some than end on the clean only.
The trimpot inside adds more gain, I probably should have used a pot to put it on the outside, I may just drill a hole in the bottom of the enclosure so I can adjust it with a small screwdriver. Barry at Guitar PCB said it was a set and forget, but I kind of like being able to adjust it to add even more fuzz. If you kept the trimpot dimed, it's pretty much heavy fuzz all the way through, so you do want to normally keep it in the middle if you want to get a wider range of fuzz tones. I had it in the middle for this demo, it can get more fuzz, I think the transistors I bought were a lower gain as well, but it still gets pretty fuzzy. If you want massive fuzz, dime the trim pot and the fuzz control.

Cool man, always wanted to try out a Skreddy!

All that beautiful work under the hood - why not put a bit more effort into the enclosure?

Little bit lazy little bit impatient, all my builds are lacking in the enclosures. The only one I did nice artwork was a pedal I made for my nephew, I put a lot of time in that one.

I'll see what I can do, my mics aren't the best, so might not be a good representation of it. It's a cool little pedal, not bad for $40 in parts and a about 12 hours total time.
