Did you win? Or is the auction still going? Either way that is a cool looking guitar, and a nice looking PRS ripoff [I don't know if it is, but it made think PRS instantly].

No I won it,truthfully I have been wanting a double cut LP and liked the look of this thing. Has some battle scars but expected for being that old. Had some loot since I sold my Strat. Was going to buy another LP or an SG

You know I wanted something to put some real TV Jones pick-ups in to try out. I think I got the guitar for it now

Is that the bolt-on model or a set neck? I have never played any TV Jones pickups, so I really don't know the characteristics... That guitar looks like it would be an easy player, with nice low action!
Is that your pic, or is it from ebay?

Beautiful guitar, but IDK about sticking TV Jones in it. I always associate those with being an incredible upgrade for lower end Gretsch guitars and other hollowbodies. They seem a little low-output for a DC.

I know where your coming from as I am kind of thinking of a Malcolm style guitar and his Gretsch is a semi hollow. On the other hand I have heard some nice sounding clips of them in a Strat and Tele. This has an ash body/maple bolt on neck so it was a thought. I have no actual experience with TV Jones pups though
Of course I will post pics when it arrives

TV Jones has fairly wide range of pickups. Just off the top of my head, I'd say a pair of PowerTrons would be pretty nice in the guitar. Or a PowerTron Plus in the bridge with the standard version for the neck. Or maybe a T90 for the neck position.

Beautiful Matsumoku guitar. Big fan of these MIJ guitars, and the tremolo models on these are pretty rare. Ready to hear a review on this.

Nice. I've been really into LP double cuts lately, I didn't know about Washburns. Looks like a nice guitar.
