no/low sound from one side of mesa 50/50

so i was all excited to try out my new bogner fish this weekend. got it all wired up in 4cm with my mesa 50/50 and digitech gsp1101. i have a boss fs 6 on order but right now i only have a single boss latching pedal so i was only able to play 3 of the 4 channels but it sounded awesome. not better than the mak4 but different, will be nice to compare them. i only plan to gig with one preamp but for recording i plan to combine different channels from both units and i think that will rule.
which leads me to my issue. the B side of the mesa basically has no sound all of a sudden. i have to turn it up to 9 to hear anything and even that is way too low and obviously not normal at all. i retubed the mesa about a year ago and have many hours since then but did not have any issues where it stopped working mid jam, it was working fine just a few days ago. the A side still sounds fine and is just as loud as normal.
going to take it to a tech but off the bat does that sound like something simple?
thanks,
bill

it sounds like it's a dead tube man. I know you said you just retubed it recently, but that's what it sounds like. Do you have some replacement tubes to try out?

Try the old ones to see if at least you can restore sound. If that works, get a fresh set from Laura for best tone. But the old tubes should be ok for the test.

Pop the tubes from side A to side B to see what's up. That way you will know how it responds with known working tubes.
If it fixes the problem then new tube time

If not, tech time

Good luck, mang!!
