Can you tell me about your experience?
I can only imagine how harsh the module GAS is.

My buddy has a 2x12 MTS combo and it sounded pretty good, but I wasn't fond of the speakers [Celestion G12T-75] in it. There is a lot of flexibility to it. That being said, I prefer the tone I got out of my Marshall for gain. The clean tones he was getting were damn nice though. I can't remember what modules he had at the time... I remember one being the Treadplate.
The only issue I foresee with the MTS stuff is that it seems to not be as available as it once was. Based off Randall's website, it doesn't look like they are going to be offering anymore modules. I think if you could get your hands on some different modules you would be set... Still a really neat concept and good sounding amps.

Isn't Randall stopping the MTS line?

I love the MTS system. The ability to easily bias the power tubes alone is a huge selling point to me. Not to mention being able to mix and match just about any power tube combo. I have 34's and 6CA7's in a RM100 at the moment.
Preamp module gas can get out of control if you let it. I have 3 that have been in the stable for a couple years now and 1 that I picked up late last year. All of them modded.

I rocked an RM100 for almost a year. Great tone, especially from the modded modules.
if you're a tinkerer its fun to try your own mods too.

I do have to admit that biasing those amps is ridiculously easy! My buddy's amp reminded me a lot of how the Rocktron/Egnater Vendetta that I used to have as far as biasing goes... easy!
