Positive Grid BIAS Professional looks pretty cool... Tone Cloud and all.

a few others on the list seem pretty useful as well

I'll definitely check out the desktop version of BIAS eventually because I love amp sim technology. It's come so far in the past 5-7 years. Kinda intrigued by some of the Thunderbolt interfaces too.

So how many of these made an impact in the market?

So far SGear has been one of the more stellar guitar amp modeling sw kits. Not a lot of amps, but what is there is great and the IR's handling is really good. Bias looks good too. Amplitube 4 Mesa Boogie sounds killer too. That's the only Mesa modeling I like so far. Even the hardware models like Fractal and Line 6 just can't get the Boogie thing right.
