Gotta Love Comcast

Called Comcast to have my package downgraded from Digital Preferred to Digital Starter. Got home from work and no cable. Comcast support said they screwed the box up and now I have to wait until tomorrow afternoon for a replacement

one of the single worst run and worst customer service orienented companies that hasnt gone out of business yet.
i dont get why people still have cable. complete fucking garbage. have not been happier since i cancelled it last year about this time.

Haven't had any form of cable TV for over 10 years and no plans to go back. OH, and OP said he wanted his "package downgrade"! Hee hee!!!

I love not having TV. I play way more guitar and read truly factual stuff on Wikipedia.
